Refund & Return Policy

At Clossify, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The watch is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, tags, and protective materials.

Items showing signs of wear, misuse, damage caused after delivery, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

Before returning any product, you must contact our customer support team for approval. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly arrange a replacement, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns and refunds are not available for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
  • Products showing signs of use or wear.
  • Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
