Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Delivery Time

We deliver across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times:

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

• FREE Delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,499.
• A standard shipping fee may apply to orders below this amount and will be displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make payment at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information (where available) so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address or phone number is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may occur. Clossify is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable or refuses to accept the order, the package may be returned to us. Repeated failed or refused Cash on Delivery orders may result in restrictions on future purchases.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact Clossify within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
